At that moment, a staff walked over with a list and handed it to the emcees.

Thea stood there awkwardly.

Kevin asked, "So, Ms.Thea, how do you feel about getting first place?"

Thea looked at the crowd.

The crowd near the front was all big shots.She could see the scornful expressions on their faces.She
felt her cheeks burning up.

Holding the mic, she hesitated for a moment before saying, "I don’t have any medical skills at all.As the
rumors say, I only got first place because my husband spent a fortune to push me up the rankings."

She bowed deeply.

"I apologize for this."

Saying that, she turned to leave the stage.

James, who was at the back of the venue, scratched his nose and murmured, "Looks like Thea’s rather
displeased with me.Although I don’t know what's going to happen at this medical conference, I’ll have
to find a way to help her out."



Saying that, he beckoned at Serena.

Newton said, "Any instructions?"
