Just as he took a step forward, the machinery activated, and the passageway was blocked. He staggered backward

all.

blocked. Thus, he had no choice but to wait patiently. It would be great if Callan and Bennett managed to escape.

However, if they were captured or killed, he would have to find a way to save them.

He sat in a lotus position on the ground and waited patiently. Although there was a huge boulder between him and

the underground palace, Thomas could still hear the commotion inside. After approximately an hour, the sound of a

fierce battle could be heard, and only ended after thirty minutes had passed.

Thomas stood up and gently murmured.

Soon, the boulder was lifted.

captured.
