when she fools around with her date at the party.” A ruthless look gleamed in Lacie's eyes as she



revealed her plan.

Kornel's jaw dropped as soon as he heard her words. “Uh... I don't think that's a good idea.”

Harold knew Jose was not interested in him. Since he was there that day as Marilyn's date, he did not
want to get into a conflict with Jose.

He lowered his head and attempted to sneak in with the crowd.
