for me to hold you, Ms. Jarvis? I’m thinking the same thing, so I’ll just carry you there.”

He immediately leaned down toward her. It was beyond her expectation that he would threaten her that way, so

she quickly stretched her hand out. “Thank you for your help then, Mr. Farwell.”

Estella nodded seriously like a small adult.

Following that, the boys’ attention shifted to Lucian as they spoke. “Thank you for applying Mommy’s medicine for

her, Mr.. Farewell.”

They proceeded to put food on Lucian’s plate. He didn’t expect they would thank him. With his eyebrow raised, he

smiled at them indifferently. “You two need to take good care of your mother and try not to let her walk.”
