"She had been poisoned?" Yu Qi was surprised to hear that.
"Yeah. When I was 12." Angelica Ruston said.
"How did that happen?" Yu Qi wanted to know more about that.
"It was my father's mistress who did that. It was a slow poison. That mistress had been fed my mother with that for almost 3 years." Angelica Ruston said.
"How do you know about that?" Yu Qi was curious.
"She told me herself after a day of my mother's death. She was glad that she finally got rid of the woman who snatched her man. She would get everything that was supposed to belong to her including my mother's wealth. She thought the wealth belonged to my father like the house that we had been living in and the assets as well as the company. Little did she know that everything belonged to my mother. That father of mine lied to her that the wealth belonged to him." Angelica Ruston made a small laugh.
She then continued. "However, my mother suspected something odd. While she was still alive, she made a will that stated I was the rightful owner of the wealth. And before I became an adult, the wealth would be handled by my maternal grandfather. Knowing that those two people had a meltdown. They could not touch the wealth. And also had been kicked out from the house. After I come to the age, I changed my surname and took the Ruston surname, which my maternal Family's surname." "I see... I am sorry for your lose." Yu Qi said.
"That is okay. It is a long time ago. That makes me interested in poison. I learned many about poisons. When you mentioned it was an ancient poison, I am interested to know more about that." Angelica Ruston explained.
"Sure. I can lend you a book about the ancient poison." Yu Qi nodded.
"Thank you, Yu Qi." Angelica Ruston said. "Little Sis, don't forget about today." Tang Qin Hao stopped by and talked to Yu Qi.
"Don't worry. I will go to your room later." Yu Qi stated.
Tang Qin Hao nodded and left. "Who is that?" Angelica Ruston asked looking at Tang Qin Hao who walked away.
"Tang Qin Hao. He is our neurosurgeon. A number one expert in his field." Yu Qi introduced Tang Qin Hao to Angelica Ruston.
"Hmmm? He has a same surname as you." Angelica Ruston noticed that. "Well, he is my brother." Yu Qi said.
"Oh, your family do has a good looking features." Angelica Ruston commented.
Yu Qi laughed. "Why is he looking for you? Is he need you for something? If it is urgent, you can go to him. I will be fine eating alone." Angelica Ruston stated.
"It's okay. I will go to him later. That is the deal." Yu Qi said.
So, both girls spend the lunch time together until Angelica Ruston being called by someone. Yu Qi walked to Tang Qin Hao's room.
Actually, Yu Qi had been Tang Qin Hao's study material for several times. After the incident where Yu Qi fainted for several days during the first month of her university, Tang Qin Hao was interested to study her brain. Tang Qin Hao approached Yu Qi to get her to be the study material. At first, Yu Qi refused. She was unwilling to be a study material. However, Tang Qin Hao told her that she would not undergo any surgery. He just wanted to see Yu Qi's brain pattern when she was sleeping. Before she was sleeping, she would been wearing some kind of devices on her head. That device would transmit Yu Qi's brain pattern to the computer. She would sleep for about 4 hours. Yu Qi agreed to do that once in six months because she was busy and did not much time to spare. Tang Qin Hao gladly accept that. It was the day. "Brother Qin Hao." Yu Qi greeted Tang Qin Hao.
"Oh, you are here." Tang Qin Hao glanced once.
Yu Qi climbed on the bed, getting herself comfortable to sleep. Tang Qin Hao came and put the device on Yu Qi's head. He also put on earpieces on Yu Qi's ear. Tang Qin Hao would play something later. "You can go to sleep now." Tang Qin Hao said.
Of course it was not easy to fall asleep when being told. Yu Qi dozed off after 30 minutes and fell asleep. Tang Qin Hao started to monitor Yu Qi's brain pattern. Yu Qi was the first human that he found different from other human beings. Her brain pattern was very different from others. It was so active even though she was sleeping right now. 4 hours later, Yu Qi woke up. She opened her eyes and saw Tang Qin Hao's back while he was writing something. She climbed down from the bed. Tang Qin Hao noticed some movement and turned around to see his sister finally awoke. "How is it?" Yu Qi asked.
"Thank you for giving me such data." Tang Qin Hao said.
"Don't forget your promise too." Yu Qi said.
"Oh... Yes..." Tang Qin Hao suddenly remembered that.
It was a promise. If he wanted Yu Qi to be his study material, he would have to return home for a week. He had to sleep at home. "Hmm... I will return home tonight." Tang Qin Hao nodded.
"Sure. I will tell Auntie Su Xiao about this." Yu Qi said.
