All of it had a part to play as when the values of the Conceptual System of Existence and the Outerversal Descent System of Existence increased, so would the status of his Atlas of Existence.
For Outerversal Descent, he had only established the initial connection as Noah could feel the Outerversal Authority of Ozymandias, but he didn't allow the full effects to course through the connection just yet!
Looking at the small Value under Outerversal Descent, the time seemed as ripe as any to see what power Delegatus were afforded after they agreed to be bound by Outerversal Morphons.
So Noah closed his eyes.
