the teacher taught me just one time. I purposely made them for you.”

“It’s nothing. I just casually folded some. I folded one every time I thought about you.” Joshua would
never admit it.
Gale’s eyes glistened.

trouble?”
“Uncle Lefting treats me very well. He told me just to treat that place as my own home. He always helps
me with my homework. Sometimes, he’s still there, even when I’m about to sleep. He keeps looking at
