This Idiot

Kirsi stood up and straightened her hair as she said, “I want today’s shoot to be over by five. Tell the
director that I don’t care if others drag their feet, I’ll leave when I’m done shooting my part.”

The assistant nodded. Kirsi always had this temper.

When Kirsi was in a good mood, she might be willing to wait for the other actors to repeat the shoot.

However, when she was in a bad mood, she would impatiently finish filming her part and

leave.

This time, it happened that Kirsi was in a bad mood.

Julie and Nicole left. Julie’s face was visibly glum.

“That idiot Lumi! I knew that this day would come sooner or later!”

Nicole glanced at Julie.

“Forget it. Should we go see her?”

Julie was a bit hesitant. “Won’t she feel embarrassed? It’s better to be alone at this time, right?”

“Hmm… We can call and ask her?”

Nicole took out her phone and dialed Lumi’s number.

“If she hangs up, we won’t go…”.

“Sob sob sob… Do you guys wanna come over? I’m at home, so just come over.”

After that, Lumi hung up the phone.

Nicole and Julie heard it clearly. Julie wrinkled her brows. “This woman is really unpredictable!”

Nicole sighed. “If I’d known this earlier, I would’ve just gotten Clayton to recommend some good
investments for her. Maybe now, only money can bring her happiness!”

As they spoke, they got into the car and went to Lumi’s house.

Nicole sent a message to Clayton telling him not to pick her up from the set.

Clayton replied quickly and asked her to text him as soon as she arrived.

The sky darkened quickly.

When the two ladies arrived at Lumi’s house, the sky was cloudy.

It looked like it would rain soon.

Once they entered the door, they heard glass shattering and Lumi’s hysterical cries.

“It’s all your fault! Why did you have to let me marry him? You all actually knew about them already?
Then what am I?!”

Nicole and Julie were dumbfounded.

The two of them looked at each other and hesitated whether they should still go in.

At that moment, the maid on the side came over to welcome them.

“Ms. Stanton, Ms. Nixon, please come inside…”



Nicole smiled and thought, ‘It’s too late to leave now…’

It just so happens that the rest of the Makinen family was there. Thus, it would be a little awkward for
them to stay.

The maid went over and said thoughtfully, “Ms. Makinen is upset, so Mr. and Mrs. Makinen came over to
comfort her. Please wait a moment.”

Julie raised her eyebrows and waited for the maid to go away before she leaned closer to Nicole and
spoke in a low voice.

“I’ve heard that Julian Makinen spoils his daughter as much as your father.”

Nicole raised her eyebrows. “Isn’t that normal?”
