Seeing that Ryleigh’s body was trembling, Louis dashed straight up to her, squatted in front of her, and held her

Those words struck like a thunderbolt in Ryleigh and Maisie’s ears.

Ryleigh slowly opened her eyes, and everything turned into smoke and disappeared in front of her eyes at the end.
Tears streamed down from the corners of her eyes and drenched the pillow.
Louis stood at the door but did not walk inside. Maisie and Nolan came over when he was about to turn around and

Three days had passed after this incident. Ryleigh was in the same state throughout all those days-she did not talk
nor eat, and all she did was stare out the window in a daze.
