coldly. “Aren’t you best friends with Gareth? It’s because of him that you agreed to meet Norman today.

Vincent’s already sour mood was exacerbated by her words, making him speechless in anger. He

Elisa pursed her lips, knowing that Rachel wouldn’t change her mind. Even if she knew there was no
danger, she just let Rachel tag along.

Soon, they got into the car, and Vincent walked directly to the driver’s seat. “I’ll drive.”

Elisa shot a glance at him.

She knew the main reason he was here, so she passed the keys to him. “Thanks.”

Vincent didn’t say a word and took his seat.

With him in the driver’s seat, it was impossible for Rachel to take the seat beside him. Hence, she sat
at the back.

Charli was not close with Vincent, so Elisa ended up taking the passenger seat.
