Shaun talking about Chester’s heartless parents, so she could not stand it any longer and said, “why don’t you
spend these two days with US?”

something ourselves. Besides, the hospital won’t agree to US staying overnight outside.”
“You can come back after having dinner. Our place isn’t far from here anyway. Your friends are there too.”

and tell him to pick us up after he’s done getting his stuff.”

Charity stepped aside to take out her phone and call Shaun.
Shaun was surprised. “I’ve talked to Catherine about this before, but she didn’t agree because she was afraid you
would be bothered about it.”
“No. I’m fine with it.” Charity felt conflicted. She did not think Catherine would be so considerate about her feelings.
If it were not for Larissa’s invitation, Chester might have ended up celebrating Christmas Eve alone.
