Eliana woke up early the next morning. She immediately put her hand over her forehead. Her body
temperature had dropped.

Eliana sighed.

Suddenly, the door was opened.

especially when she had just woken up.

“Eliana, are you awake?”

Eliana couldn’t stay in bed any longer. She quickly opened her eyes and sat up.

“Mrs. Moran, why are you here?”

Eliana was slightly embarrassed. She had adamantly refused to have a relationship with Maurice, but

“Just lie down. You are still sick.”

Nancy walked to the bed and sat on the edge. “Eliana, I’m very happy that you came. I heard it was
Maurice who brought you back in his arms yesterday,” she said warmly, holding Eliana’s hand.
