Brandon had even forgotten about his sister‘s interest in Alexander, and he only wanted to find out
what Alexander‘s fiancee looked like.

Edward was speechless about Brandon‘s behavior. Alexander did not even bother to acknowledge him.
He knew this moment would come after he openly announced Lily‘s identity at the Lodge family
banquet.

However, he was also relieved that their relationship was known now. It was just a matter of time before
the public knew about this.

When the car pulled into the entrance of Imperial Hills, Alexander instructed Edward, “Stop here for a
while.” Brandon wanted to ask why they stopped there when he heard Alexander saying, “Get out.”

“Huh?” Brandon looked around in confusion, wondering who he was speaking to.

The next moment, Alexander stared straight at him and added firmly, “You, get out.”

“Why?” Brandon was annoyed. It would be embarrassing if he were kicked out of the car like this.
Besides, Brandon‘s car was still parked at La Beaute Group‘s parking lot. If he got off now, how was he
supposed to get home? Seeing Alexander‘s fiancee was the primary motivation for his visit. How could
he leave when he was about to succeed?

Only an id*ot would get out now. Brandon stayed put in his seat with his legs wide open, “I won‘t!”

“Get out! Don‘t make me say it again!” Alexander was obviously annoyed now. He narrowed his eyes at
Brandon coldly.



Brandon stubbornly placed one hand on the door handle and the other on the seat, not willing to budge
at all, “No, I won‘t! I will see what your fiancee looks like today! There‘s no way you can make me
leave! No way!”

“Edward!” Losing his patience, Alexander instructed Edward to remove him.

Edward had already expected this, so he was prepared. The moment he heard Alexander, he
immediately unbuckled his seat belt and moved to the side where Brandon was sitting. He bent over
and said, “Mr. Oakley, I‘m sorry.”

“W–What are you doing?” Brandon was nervous, so his grip on the door loosened.

After giving him a heads–up, Edward opened the door with force, and Brandon almost fell over.

“I...this is illegal! How could you use violence? If you dare touch me, I–I‘ll sue you in court!” Brandon
pointed at Edward and yelled.

Then, he turned around and looked at Alexander with a pitiful expression, “We‘ve been friends for a
long time. We‘re practically like brothers! Besides, you would have to show her to me someday. Why
not introduce us now, since I‘m already at your front door? It‘s rude just to kick me o–ou–out...”

Before Brandon could even finish his sentence, he was literally picked up by Edward and escorted out
of the car.

Brandon wanted to dig a hole and bury himself. He had never been this embarrassed in his life. Even
though there was no one around, the security guards were there. It was humiliating for a man to be
picked up by another man and left outside!

After putting him down, Edward closed the door behind him. Brandon wanted to rush into the car again,
but Edward was faster as he stood in front of the door and commented, “Mr. Oakley, please be



respectful.” Brandon knew Edward very well.

Even though he was as expressive as a log, Brandon knew that Edward was also an assistant who
was skilled in fighting. Brandon was no match if he really wanted to hurt him, and honestly, Edward did
not even need to go that far!
