"Are you sure?" Molly was suspicious.
The male colleague quickly nodded, "Of course. Ms. May, you're already engaged, and you have three kids. I'm
not going to bother you anymore, no matter how much I like you. I'm a man of principles!"
Molly gave in. "I guess I misunderstood you. I'm sorry."
She looked at the bouquet of roses, and her mind went blank after the guy left.
Even though she did not know who sent her the flowers, she just could not stop thinking about Sean. Her instinct
told her that it had something to do with Sean, but she just could not prove it.
However, Molly had to admit that this bouquet of tender and dewy flowers brightened up her mood very much. Her
mood was like a cloudy sky before this, and she felt as though a ray of sunshine had shone into her heart and all
the dark clouds had disappeared.
In the evening, Molly wanted to take a cab to go back after she was done with work.
She thought the sunset looked very beautiful while she was waiting for the cab. The slanting rays of the setting sun
gave a warm orange tinge to the sky, and it looked just like a painting. Then, she took her phone out and took a
picture.
Then, she opened her chat with Sean, and she was about to send the picture to him. However, she
realized what was going on between them when her finger was on top of the send button. She froze!
Molly closed the conversation between her and Sean and deleted the picture after exhaling deeply.
Then, she stopped a cab."Hey. Ms. May, Ms. May! Wait for me!"
The driver that Tony sent rushed over from the intersection behind after Molly left, but it was already too
late.
Sean glared at Tony as he sat in the backseat. He was obviously mad at Tony.
"I'm sorry, boss. I did as you told me by getting a driver to send Ms. May to and back from work, but
there was an unexpected jam. That was the only reason why he was late. However, there's nothing to
worry about. I'm sure that everything will go as planned tomorrow!"
Sean did not know what to say anymore, so he ordered Tony instead," Follow her."
"Yes, boss." Tony stepped on the pedal and drove behind the cab.
Molly looked outside the window and started daydreaming after she told the cab driver where she was
going. However, the cab driver just would not stop talking.
"Miss, you look like you're in a bad mood. Did you just break up?
"Why aren't you talking? Go ahead and cry if you want. I have tissues in my car!
"Miss, you're so beautiful. I've never seen a girl as pretty as you.
"Can I get your number?"
Molly furrowed her brows. She found this cab driver very annoying, so she ignored him completely.
However, the cab driver just would not cut it. ’ Miss, do you have a boyfriend? I have three apartments in Xesxia.
You should consider dating me if you don't mind. I know my hair looks like a mess right now, but I can look pretty
handsome after dressing up!"Then, the cab driver flashed Molly a smile through the rear-view mirror, showing the yellowish teeth that he got
from smoking.
Molly was so disgusted that she frowned and yelled, "Stop the car!"
She wanted to take another cab.
The cab driver panicked. "Miss, we haven't arrived at your destination yet." Molly scoffed. "You should be more
aware of your service attitude if you're trying to make some money. I only got into this car because I wanted to get
to my destination peacefully. I'm going to file a police report and revoke your driving license if you dare to talk
nonsense again!"
"I'm so sorry."
The cab driver did not dare to speak again, but he glared at Molly instead.
‘Why is she so rude? I wouldn't bother talking to her if she wasn't so pretty.'
