The air tensed up in the room.

Alice’s eyes twitched; she was not having it. She raised her chin and stared at her son, who was a lot
taller than her. Suddenly, her heart was filled with sadness.

‘He’s right. Standing in front of me is no longer the boy that I have to be worried about.’ She looked at
her son’s cold expression and her heart tightened. She was feeling a lot of things, but most importantly,
she was just worried. What mother would not wish the best for their child? Alice did not want to argue
with her son as well, so she sighed and stared at him. She could only give in. “I don’t want to force
you… But you should consider some time, okay? I just want you to be happy.”

‘My son is extremely outstanding, so I just want him to have the best partner. Why can’t he

bringing this up when she met Ricky and Alice a few days ago. When Alice saw Molly again, she paid

legs.”

‘But still, do they have to meet so often for the treatment?’

“This doctor looks quite close with Sean. They don’t look like they share a normal doctor patient
relationship.’
