Simply Look “President Lawrence…”

Seeing who had arrived, the woman’s anger diminished a lot. The smile on her face no longer felt
hostile either.

Byron nodded to her coldly. He strode to Rosalie and asked in a deep voice, “What happened?”

Rosalie glanced at the obviously guilty woman opposite her and thought of what she just said. In the
end, she did not want to cause more trouble, so she calınly shook her head. “It’s nothing. The lady
came to say hello. Estelle doesn’t like strangers, so she just got scared.”

Hearing this, Byron looked at the person opposite him suspiciously. “Estie isn’t that timid.”

The woman was flustered as she felt the pressure of Byron’s imposition. She humbly bowed her head
and explained, “I just wanted to touch the little lady because she looks cute. I didn’t expect to scare her.
I’m really sorry.”

Byron looked at the little girl in his arms again.

Estie’s mouth trembled, but she said nothing. Her big eyes were just looking at Rosalie directly.

Obviously, things were not as simple as the woman said. Not to mention, this woman beside him had
no intention to tell him the truth.

Thinking of the woman’s estrangement from him, Byron was unhappy, and his gaze sank. He said to
the woman in a cold voice, “I thought all the parents in class should know about Estie’s situation. Since
you know nothing, stay away from Estie for the next two days. Don’t scare her anymore.”

The woman bit her lower lip resentfully.

She had wanted to use these two days to get closer to Byron and Estie and establish a good
relationship with the Lawrences. What Byron said now was basically equal to throwing a wrench in her
plans.

Seeing Byron’s cold expression, however, the woman did not dare to say anything else. Hence, she
could only comply and leave with her child.

Seeing the woman’s figure getting farther away, Estie sniffled and fought out of her daddy’s arms
before walking over to Rosalie again. She grabbed Rosalie’s skirt.

Thinking of how the little girl had rushed out to defend her just now, Rosalie’s heart softened. She
caressed the little girl’s head and then Lipped her hand around to hold hers again before saying soluly,
“I wonder where Lucian and Nox are hiding? Let’s go and look for them together, alright?” Hearing that
she wanted to continue playing hide and seek, the little girl’s eyes lit up as she nodded excitedly.

Rosalie smiled and led her back into the botanical garden for their search. Lucian and Nox had grown
up abroad, and Rosalie was always busy. The boys had always enjoyed a certain extent of freedom.

Hence, the boys were so brave that they had now run off somewhere. Rosalie was not worried as she
knew that they knew how to protect themselves. Byron followed them quietly. He looked at the back
view of the woman holding Estie’s hand in the night, and his eyes became filled with a little
tenderness.

“Lu! No!” Estie called out in her soft, childlike voice as she walked. Rosalie recalled the little girl’s
response previously and thought that she was very adorable. She was all smiles. “This way!” Estie
suddenly pulled Rosalie’s hand. Rosalie walked according to the little girl’s directions.

She followed the little girl around in circles and unexpectedly actually found the two boys who were
hiding behind the rockery.

“How did you know that Lucian and Nox were here?” Rosalie asked unexpectedly.

These two boys were too intelligent. She used to have to search for them for a long time when they
used to play the last time.

She did not think the child would find them so quickly.

Estelle tilted her head. “Don’t know, just look.” Rosalie did not think much about it. She just figured the
little girl really found them by chance.
