Chapter 463 Meet Young Master Xander

After saying goodbye to the little guys, Rosalie started driving to the location of the Lancer family’s free
clinic.

The free clinic was set to start at 10 o’clock in the morning. Rosalie was afraid she would run late and
already started her journey from home at eight o’clock.

After returning to Coast City, she almost always stayed in the city and was unfamiliar with the road
conditions. Although the navigation was on, she still ended up taking many detours.

When she reached the entrance of the orphanage, there were already many cars parked in front of it.

From the looks of it, it seemed like she was a little late.

Rosalie frowned in annoyance and grabbed ahold of the recommendation letter, she rushed down from
the car and quickly walked toward the entrance.

There was a line at the front. They were all doctors from all over the world who had a recommendation
letter to participate in the free clinic. They were generally close to being middle-aged.

When it was Rosalie’s turn, the man in charge of the reception frowned and took a good look at her. He
then reminded her. “Miss, I think you must be mistaken. This is the Lancer family’s free clinic, and
you’re here to…”

Hearing this, Rosalie could not help but be stunned. “I know. I’m here to participate too.”

The man looked at her from head to toe suspiciously. He was not convinced no matter how he
observed.



The people who got in so far were generally middle-aged men with scholarly looks and mellow figures.

Rosalie, however, was young and a woman. Her appearance was somewhat outstanding.

As compared to the previous doctors, the contrast was a bit too big.

Rather than saying that she was a doctor coming to participate in the free clinic, the man felt like she
was more of an actress who came to film.

The doctors that arrived later also suspected Rosalie, thinking she was here to cause trouble.

Rosalie took the recommendation letter from old Master Quirke out of her bag and passed it to the
man. “This is my recommendation letter. Please review it.”

The man received suspiciously. As soon as he opened it, he looked at Rosalie in shock and did not
respond for a few seconds. He then apologetically lowered his body. “Dr. Jacobs, my apologies. I
thought you were an actress who came to the suburbs to film.”

Rosalie smiled with her lips pursed.

Although there was a misunderstanding earlier, it was undeniable that the people of the Lancer family
were very educated. Even if they suspected that she had nothing to do with the free clinic, they did not
lose their courtesy. Rosalie also let it slide.

“Please come in. There’ll be someone inside who’ll take you to meet Young Master Xander.” The man
made a way for her to enter.

Rosalie smiled and thanked him as she walked inside with her recommendation letter.

The orphanage was obviously meticulously decorated, and there were small cubicles. There were also
people already waiting in the cubicles to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of each child.



From the looks of it, they may have been sent by the Lancer family to assist the doctors.

The children were leaning against the window, curiously looking at the yard.

Rosalie met the gazes of the children. Her heart softened as she let out a gentle smile at them.

It was the first time that the children had seen someone as beautiful as Rosalie in real life. When they
saw that she was smiling at them, they blushed as they were shy.

Rosalie smiled and retrieved her gaze. A worker then came up to her.

Same as the man at the entrance, the worker could not help but be stunned when he saw Rosalie. He
subconsciously checked if there was a camera behind her.

Rosalie smiled at him politely and took the initiative to hand him her recommendation letter. “Hello, old
Master Quirke introduced me to join this free clinic. The worker earlier said I should meet Young Master
Xander. Please lead the way.”

Hearing this, the worker suspiciously took the recommendation letter and verified her identity before
turning around to lead her inside.

Along the way, Rosalie initially thought she would see many doctors here since there were many lining
up at the entrance.

Unexpectedly, she did not meet anyone along the way. Rosalie could not help but find it a little strange.
