Leo reached out to feel her forehead and spoke after making sure she did not have a fever.
“Your mom said you have been sleeping and did not take medicine at noon. Get up and take the
medicine first.”
With that, he gave water and medicine to Emily.
After glancing at him, Leo took the water and medicine.
As Emily took the medicine, Leo got up and walked to the window. He pulled open the curtain and the
sunshine got it.
After taking the medicine, she put the water to one side and said with dissatisfaction.
“What are you going? I am going to sleep? Why you open the curtain?”
Emily raised her voice, but Leo did not close the curtain, but opened the window.
“Leo, I am ill. If you open the window, I will feel cold. Don’t you want me to get well?”
