Chapter 58 - What Happened To Her?

Lin Wen Xin was completely moved to tears when she heard his heartfelt words.

And when Wang Shen Ze saw that she nodded her head happily and had placed her left hand out, he
excitedly took out the ring from the box and helped her wear it on her finger.

“Xin, I love you.” He went closer to her and gave her a hug.

She smiled and looked at him in the eyes, “I love you too, Shen.”

It felt as though time had stood still for a brief moment when both of them stopped to admire the beauty
in each other’s eyes.

Those moments that they have missed, and what they could achieve together in the future, quickly
flooded their minds.

They leaned in together at the same time, and the gentle kiss soon became a long, and passionate
one.

When dinner came, the two of them did not eat much as they were already full from happiness! Wang
Shen Ze hugged Lin Wen Xin from the back, as they stood in front of the full length glass windows to
appreciate the beautiful scenery.

As the night turned colder, their hearts became warmer when they returned to their villa and continued
embracing each other in an intimate manner.

They stuck closely together on bed, unashamed, and celebrated their love throughout the night.

“Xin, time to get up.” Wang Shen Ze whispered into her ear and gave Lin Wen Xin a sweet morning
kiss on her forehead.

Seeing that his little girl is still so exhausted, he carried her into the bathroom and helped her wash up
instead.

After spending their last afternoon exploring the island, it was time for them to board the plane and
return to their country.

As much as they did not want to leave the place, they still have an important fashion event to run.
Wang Shen Ze also promised her that he would plan for another longer vacation once they are done
with their project.

Over the next few months, Lin Wen Xin had become busier than ever. With DT Holdings’ fashion
project now in her hands, she had to temporarily put a halt to her company’s launches.

The team of fashion designers would be coming up with majority of the pieces, while Lin Wen Xin
would only be focusing on designing a small collection of ten clothing!

Apart from designing, she had also been working closely with Wang Shen Ze, and a team of event
coordinators, to conceptualise the fashion show and execute it in two months’ time.

In this period, Lin Wen Xin had also officially moved in to live with Wang Shen Ze at their villa.

“Shen, are you free tonight? I’m planning to go for dinner with my friends, Yu Meng and Yu Zheng. Do
you want to join us?”

Although Wang Shen Ze does not like to attend such social gatherings, he still wanted to accompany
her tonight, and to also keep an eye on that guy - Xiao Yu Zheng!



After all, Lin Wen Xin is now his, so he would definitely not allow Xiao Yu Zheng to take her away from
him!

Wang Shen Ze walked over to her and planted a kiss on her lips, “Of course, wherever you go, I’ll go.”

Xiao Yu Meng has arranged for the dinner to be at a popular cafe located in the downtown district.

Since they knew that Lin Wen Xin is going to be slightly late due to the heavy traffic, they decided to
grab a seat first and wait for her inside.

But when they saw Wang Shen Ze walking in together with her, their jaws dropped.

Lin Wen Xin quickly found where they are seated at, and waved to them happily! “I’ve asked Shen Ze
to join us tonight, you guys wouldn’t mind right??”

Xiao Yu Meng looked at Lin Wen Xin who is sitting opposite her, “Sure, no problem!” However, in the
next second, she turned her head to Wang Shen Ze and rolled her eyes at him.

Surely, she has not forgotten what he had done to her when Lin Wen Xin was in a coma the other time!

But Wang Shen Ze clearly did not put Xiao Yu Meng in his eyes at all as he continued to ignore her
existence. He is only fully focused on Xiao Yu Zheng, who is sitting in front of him.

Lin Wen Xin saw that the two men are staring fixedly at each other and so she quickly distracted them,
lest they get into a fight again. “Shen, here is the menu... See what you’d like to eat?”

Apparently, this method did not work at all, as Wang Shen Ze continued glaring at Xiao Yu Zheng, while
replying to her. “I will eat anything that you order for me.”

However, Wang Shen Ze soon felt Lin Wen Xin‘s painful pinch on his thigh, and finally diverted his
attention to her.



He immediately noticed her displeased look and quickly took over the menu, “I’m sorry, let’s take a look
at it together?”

The waiters served their food very promptly and every dish was surprisingly delicious!

Lin Wen Xin had told Xiao Yu Meng a few days ago about her sudden craving for pizzas, which is why
Xiao Yu Meng had selected this cafe for them to meet tonight.

Despite Wang Shen Ze and Xiao Yu Zheng’s cold war, the atmosphere at the table still remained warm
- with the girls’ constant chattering and laughter.

Xiao Yu Meng took the menu from the waiter again, “Wen Xin, I heard that their cakes are very popular
here, do you want to try it?”

“Yeah sure, we can order a few to share!” Both of them have the same ideology in life, that is - the meal
is never complete without desserts!

Just when Lin Wen Xin took a bite of the strawberry cake, she instantly placed her hand over her
mouth and turned to Wang Shen Ze.

“Xin, what happened?” Wang Shen Ze noticed that she looked unwell and quickly held on to her.

“Wen Xin, are you okay??” Xiao Yu Meng asked worriedly, while Xiao Yu Zheng hurriedly signalled to
the waiter for the bill.

Because Wang Shen Ze had to take care of Lin Wen Xin, Xiao Yu Zheng offered to drive them to Yue
