Chapter 1596 A Divorce Is Not Horrifying

“Are you crazy? Right now? I haven’t even packed my clothes!”

Olivia was astonished at Nicole’s decision.

But Nicole just smiled and said, “Clothes? We’ll get you some new clothes when we get there. Let’s go.
There’s a private jet waiting for us and ready to take off.”

“I haven’t eaten anything.”

“We’ll eat when we get there.”

Olivia finally could see that Nicole had made up her mind.

Never mind.

She might feel a lot better if she went out of town.

And Nicole was with her. So why was she so afraid about this?

Samuel’s fortune was far beyond her imagination. Money for a couple of new clothes meant nothing to
him. She had gotten her own money anyway.

“If you say so, then let’s go.”

Olivia shrugged her shoulders and acted like she didn’t care, just like the way she used to be.

Nicole really didn’t want Olivia to be chained by an unhappy marriage and be so depressed. When
Olivia said yes, Nicole and her drove to the airport and left City B.

Just like what Nicole presumed, Jacob was looking for Olivia. But her phone was turned off and no one
knew where she went. Her assistant was ditched and didn’t know anything, which made Jacob



extremely worried.

But he was relieved to hear that Olivia had work to do tomorrow.

He knew she was serious about her job and he planned to find her there no matter what.

They hadn’t really had a nice talk for a long time.

It was nine p.m. when Olivia and Nicole arrived in Country F.

They were both starving.

She called Zayn and the captain of the guard drove there to pick them up.

The captain looked pretty handsome and Olivia smiled, “Are there a lot of cute guys in Country F?
They’re kind of alluring.”

The captain was stunned and he lowered his head instantly, which amused Olivia.

Maybe it was because she left the place where she got her heart broken, the air here seemed much
fresher.

Nicole noticed Olivia looked better and laughed, “Don’t scare the captain. He works for my cousin. By
the way, my cousin is the King, Zayn.”

“Wow, that’s pretty impressive. Are you a member of the Royal Family?”

Olivia leaned on the back of her seat and watched the street outside the window. She realized that it
had been so long since the last time she was so free and comfortable.

During the past few years, she was busy with her career and had hardly taken a vacation. To some
extent, she wasn’t being a good wife.



She would been out for days to film and leave Jacob all alone.

Seeing Olivia’s mind was wandering, Nicole nudged her.

“What’s on your mind?”

“Nothing. Just thinking all these years I’ve been working so hard that I feel kind of guilty to relax like
this.”

“You’re all about your work.”

Nicole shook her head as Olivia burst into laughter.

They drove into the Palace in no time.

Samuel went out to greet them as he heard that they were coming.

“Honey, why didn’t you call me? I didn’t know you would come back today until Zayn told me that.”

Samuel looked a little angry and Nicole said, “I’m just here to go on a vacation with Olivia.”

“I can drive you around.”

“No need to do that. We want some privacy.”

That was harsh for Samuel.

“Honey, you can’t be mad at me too.”

Olivia was thinking deeply as she saw that this couple still seemed so in love even though they had
been married for such a long time.

She also made mistake about her tragic marriage.



Jacob was lonely and really wanted a child, which she should have known as his wife. But she didn’t
pay any attention to him and only cared about her career. Along the way, Jacob had been supporting
her, which was why she made it. Yet she took him for granted.

But no one didn’t want to be rewarded.

He had been giving for so long and didn’t get any credit. Of course, he would feel tired and sad. And
when he felt that way, his wife wasn’t around. Then it was only natural for another woman to break into
this relationship.

Jacob was guilty but Olivia wasn’t completely innocent.

Suddenly, Olivia remembered how much she gave up for Samuel. At that time, she was the best
designer in the industry and she gave up her career for him. Also, Samuel had given up a lot for her.

They were working so hard for the same goal. They want the same thing, which was growing old
together.

Olivia was finally enlightened.

After a few words, Samuel noticed that Nicole was looking at Olivia the whole time. So he glanced at
her.

She was much skinnier than she used to be and she looked terrible. He could tell that her marriage
didn’t suit her well.

Thinking of what Jacob had done, Samuel felt guilty even though it wasn’t his fault.

“Olivia, I’ll talk to Jacob. You...”

Before he even finished his sentence, Nicole grabbed his arm.



He shouldn’t have brought up that topic.

Olivia saw what she did. She just smiled at Nicole and said, “It’s okay. I’m not sad about Jacob
anymore. What happened between he and Julissa was hard for me but I’ve been thinking that I wasn’t
being a good wife and didn’t work hard for our marriage. We both did it wrong.”

“So? You’re gonna forgive him?”

Nicole frowned and Samuel looked at Olivia too.

She shook her head and said, “I know that I love him and I also should take responsibility for that, but I
have a boundary. Once he crossed that line, there’s no way back. No matter how much I love him, I’ll
never be able to forgive him.”

That was the spirit.

Nicole was relieved to hear that and Samuel looked impressed.

“A divorce is not horrifying. You can learn from it and work harder on the next marriage.”

Olivia was stunned.

Next marriage.

She wasn’t prepared for that and didn’t have the courage to do that again.

Nicole hastily grabbed Olivia’s hand and walked into the palace.

“I wanna introduce you to another cousin Davon. He is amazing!”

As they were talking, Nicole left Samuel behind while Olivia was stunned to hear Davon’s
name.
