Chapter 470

A Perfect Match

Gloria nodded, "He gets near me with a motive to use me." Nydia was suspicious, "I don't think so.He
has such a high status and things are easy as long as he doesn’t turn against you. Does he have any
reason to try so hard to please you?"

Jennifer nodded, "I agree. He's a top predator. How could he have been so nice to you if he hadn't
fallen for you?"

Gloria turned down the corners of her mouth, stared at them, and said helplessly, "I'm a divorced
woman and the ex-wife of his nemesis. With a high ranking, he won't love me in any case."

He would lose to Jordy in a way if he took the woman that Jordy discarded. Gloria never believed that
Jonathan had feelings for her. He got near her since she had some use for him.

"Come on, look what he has for you."

Knowing that they wanted to distract themselves from frustration and enliven the atmosphere, Gloria
took out the envelope.

"It's so exquisite and seems to bulge. What's in there?"

Nydia was curious, "But, it's really large." The envelope was way larger than A4 paper. It was also thick
and heavy.

"Open it." Jennifer pretended to be curious at that moment. Gloria knew that they were forcing
themselves to look calm. She paused and finally opened it. Stuff inside the envelope came into view.

The three of them were stunned slightly. Nydia was surprised, "Is it a photo album?" Its cover was light
blue, perhaps because Jonathan knew Gloria preferred that color. The cover was a very beautiful



scenery picture, which displayed the back of a woman in a light blue dress. Nydia was astonished, "So
beautiful! Gloria, that's you, right?"

Gloria set her lips in a grim line.

"Open it," Jennifer urged. Gloria had to open it. In the first photo, Gloria was sitting on the sofa and
looking stunning and peerless. She was pure and elegant in the dress. People could not take their eyes
from her once they saw her.

The second one showed the same scene. But the background was the party she and Jonathan
attended. The photo was obviously processed. A lot of people were around them. "Jonathan seriously
treats you with his true heart... Gloria, why not consider marrying him?" Nydia looked like having a
crush.

"No." She continued to flip through the album. Gloria frowned when she saw a photo in which Jonathan
tilted his head and looked at her with affections. Nydia watched closely the photo and said, "Gloria, you
two look like a perfect match when standing together."

Jennifer echoed, "A handsome man and a pretty woman are always an ideal couple. You also thought
Gloria and Jordy were a perfect match before."

Gloria's eyes flashed and she lost interest in looking at the photos. Nydia actively turned the photos.
One after another beautiful photos of Gloria were shown and some photos were about Jonathan. Gloria
knitted her brows tightly.

When did Jonathan have those photos taken? Nydia was a little surprised when she turned to the last
photo, "Hey, he wrote a few words for you."
