Gloria.

“When he knows, it’ll be too late. I already found it out late. He’ll feel guilty about not being there to
protect you and consider himself a terrible boyfriend.”

Just after Nydia finished, Jennifer joined the video call.

It was in a chat group of three that Nydia initiated a video call.

Jennifer said, “What are you two talking about?”

“Go check Twitter,” “Nydia said quietly.

Jennifer chuckled, “What? Is Gloria a trending topic on Twitter again?”

With that, Jennifer got on her Twitter account. Her face changed when she saw the hashtag!

“What’s going on?”

Jennifer clicked the hashtag and saw the news and the picture.

Gloria told her what had just happened while downplaying the danger.

Jennifer and Nydia were both a little startled.

Jennifer just found it out, while Nydia already processed it for a while.

Jennifer was absolutely furious!



“How could this happen? Bastards! How dare they!Don’t they know Jordy, Jonathan, and Bryson all
care about you? How dare they!”

Suddenly, Nydia seemed to realize something and said in a panic, “This may not pure sexual
harassment but a frame-up! Someone hired them to insult you!”

Gloria looked calm and fell silent, which suggested her acquiescence.

“Bastards! Is it Angela again?” Jennifer’s voice dripped fury. Even if she had just checked Twitter and
heard Gloria’s understatement, she thought it was dangerous!

Jennifer added, “It’s a good thing that you were able to fight back, otherwise…”

She shrank from the thought.

Gloria chuckled, “I’m fine. Don’t worry about me.”

Jennifer sighed, and her anger seemed to grow stronger.

“I want to kill them all!” Jennifer couldn’t help cursing.

Nydia was angry too, but Jennifer’s reaction made her laugh.

Jennifer immediately asked, “What are you laughing at?”

“I’m laughing at you. Acting on impulse does you no good.”

“Humph! I just want to get them punished! Bastards! I can’t contain myself!” Jennifer was getting
cranky. She hated those thugs the most, for they tried to hurt her best friend.



Gloria smiled, “Cool down, Jennifer. I’m alright. The police are investigating the case. Everything will be
fine.”

“I know, but I’m still worried! What if they try to hurt you again?”

Gloria said, “I already got people checking.”

Jennifer and Nydia let out a sigh together and looked concerned.

Gloria said, “I’m gonna go and follow it up. Bye.”

“Alright, but honey, you have to be careful, especially at night. Try not to go out a lot.”

“OK.”

They exchanged a few more words before hangingThen Gloria’s phone buzzed.
