Don’t Want to Waste Any Minute Staying with You

Gloria didn‘t want to sit in the back seat this time. She went directly to the front seat and got seated.

Jordy‘s face turned dark and gloomy again.

It was going to be a long journey to go to the next destination. After she got in the car, she closed her
eves and prepared to take a nap.

But suddenly her phone vibrated. Gloria checked out her messages received on WhatsApp.

It was a message from a group chat that included Nydia, Jennifer and her.

Nydia asked, “Gloria, are you with Jordy right now?”

Gloria was surprised to see this message. Did anyone see us together again and tweeted about it?

Gloria replied, “Yes.”

Jennifer asked, “What are you doing together? Work?”

Gloria, “Yes, I‘m going to the Nossel Scenic Area today. We have some things to deal with.”

Jennifer typed, “That far? Is there only you and Jordy?”

Nydia, “OMG! So, it‘s true! That bastard didn‘t lie.”

Later, Nydia sent an emoji, expressing her dissatisfaction.

Jennifer typed,“??”

Gloria, not knowing what happened, also followed, “???”



Then Gloria added, “Harold is with us as well.”

Gloria had been typing with her mobile phone. Yet Jordy could see the content clearly on her mobile
phone, sitting in the back

Jordy raised his hand to massage his temples.

Finally, he leaned back and closed his eyes for a rest.

But…. Harold could notice Jordy was in a bad mood, since he could feel a minor change in the
atmosphere in the car when Jordy changed his mood.

Gloria continued to type.

Gloria, “Are you with George?”

Nydia, “Yes, it‘s him. Anyway, I have to go to my work now.”

Jennifer typed, “Sure. Gloria, can‘t you come back today?”

Gloria replied, “Probably. It should be dark when we get there. And we can‘t do the inspection at night.
We have to wait until tomorrow.”

Jennifer added, “Pity! It is such a nice resort there, you could have enjoyed yourself on a good tour
around there. But now you have to be with another man for business… Anyway, you should take care
of yourself. It‘s not quite safe there.”

Gloria replied, “Sure, I know. Don‘t worry. I‘ll take a nap for a while, and you can have a rest as well.”

Jenniter typed, “Okay.”

Soon, no one talked in the chap group. Gloria put down her mobile phone and started to take a rest.



Since George wasn‘t in the car, it was very quiet. Gloria fell asleep without noticing.

When Harold stopped for gasoline, Gloria woke up.

She took a look at the surroundings and checked her mobile phone. It was already four o‘clock in the
afternoon. There should be another hour before they arrived.

After Harold came back into the car, he buckled up his seat belt and continued driving.

The car sank into extreme silence. But Gloria couldn‘t sleep any more since she had slept deep for
several hours.

She turned on her mobile phone and checked out what was new on twitter. Nothing big on Twitter. She
was still traumatized by the last sensation somebody made about her on twitter, which she didn‘t want
to go through again.

As soon as Jordy felt the tiny movements of Gloria, he opened his eyes.

Watching her playing with her mobile phone, he seemed to frown again.

Just at that moment, Gloria turned her head and looked at him.

Jordy held her gaze.

Gloria was stunned, but the next moment she calmed down and asked, “Can we go back tomorrow?”

Jordy was turning more aloof and dominating. His cold voice sounded stern in her ears. “Sure. I don‘t
want to waste any more minutes with you after finishing the work.”

Gloria was speechless.



But she had grown used to Jordy‘s frivolous temperament after she had married him for three years.
