What A Lie!

“Why is it a suite? How can I live in the same room with you?” Nydia‘s face distorted with reluctance
and anger.

It‘s a suite, but it has two rooms.” George looked stern as well. He thought the woman was too
straightforward in front of so many people, which made him embarrassed.

The receptionist stood at the counter, looking a little awkward at the scene. But she said nothing.

Nydia didn‘t care about George. She looked directly at the receptionist and said, “Please give me
another room for myself.”

The receptionist repeated what she told Gloria just now, which was true that they had no extra room.

“I‘m sorry, Miss. We can only prepare a room for you if you have made a reservation in advance. There
is no room left now.”

Nydia‘s face distorted with rage. She turned to George and snapped, “Did you know you are coming
here in advance?”

George sneered. He knew nothing indeed.

Jordy always made decisions out of a whim without telling others in advance.

“Me and Jordy always have a reservation for two suites here, can‘t you see? If you don‘t want to live
with me, you can go find yourself another hotel and live by yourself.”

Nydia gritted her teeth. Gloria is here. How can I stay in another hotel?

Her complexion looked pale at that moment. But then she quickly declined, “No!”



After saying that, she walked into the hall, with an anger–distorted face. And Jordy was cursing in his
heart secretly.

Then they got on the elevator together.

After entering the suite, Nydia went directly to the smaller bedroom and didn‘t bother to talk to George.
They didn‘t even have time for dinner, but obviously Nydia had lost her appetite.

When she entered the room, the first thing she did was to put down her luggage and call Glori.

Gloria also took the smaller bedroom and was staying in her room. When she saw it was Nydia‘s call,
she immediately picked it up

“Yes, Nydia?”

“Have you already arrived?”

“Yes.”

“At the Suite Young Hotel?” Nydia was still grudging against the fact that she had to live with George in
the same suite,

“How do you know?”

“Of course I know. I‘m right here at this hotel, which room are you in, can I go meet you?” Nydia said
while she got up, but before she could take a step, Gloria continued, surprised, “You are here too? How
come?”

“I just came here for a trip. What‘s your room number?”

“We can go downstairs to meet and have dinner together.” Gloria felt that it was inconvenient to talk on
the phone, so she might as well sit down and talk with Nydia.



“Alright.”

That way, the two of them went downstairs for their appointment.

Gloria had no appetite, but thinking that Nydia might not have eaten yet, she decided to dine with her

Nvdia had no appetite either, but she was afraid that Gloria might be hungry and didn‘t want to
disappoint her.

That was how friends accommodated themselves to each other‘s needs.

Downstairs in the dining hall, they ordered some food and sat down.

Gloria looked at Nydia and discovered that she was not in a good mood. It seemed as if she had been
irked by something. So, Gloria asked gently, “Why did you suddenly come here?”

Nydia gritted her teeth because she thought of George. She couldn‘t help cursing him.

But she held her temper. After pausing for a while, she said, “I heard that you would come, so I just
followed. I thought it would be a relaxing trip for me.”

Gloria frowned a little. She could see through her that it was a lie that Nydia wanted to take a trip here.
She knew Nydia did so because she wanted to accompany her.

Then she quickly disclosed her lie, “George told you, didn‘t he?”

Nydia nodded obediently. After all, it was not hard for Gloria to guess what actually happened.
